Refund Policy

Effective October 18, 2026

Sub Box Calculator is free to use. This policy covers the optional paid plans (Builder and Shop). Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, processes payments and refunds, and handles returns.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not happy with a purchase, you can get a full refund within 14 days of the payment — no questions asked. This applies to a one-time Builder purchase, a Builder update extension, and the first payment of any subscription.

Subscriptions

• You can cancel a subscription at any time in the Paddle customer portal (on the site: “Your account” → “Plan and purchases” → “Customer portal”) or through the link in your Paddle receipt. After cancellation you keep access until the end of the paid period, and you won’t be charged again. The customer portal is for cancelling, receipts and changing your card; it has no refund button — see below.
• Shop monthly starts with a 14-day free trial: cancel before it ends and you pay nothing.
• A renewal payment can be refunded on request within 14 days of the charge.

How to request a refund

• E-mail support@subboxcalculator.com with the order number from the Paddle receipt (or the e-mail address you paid with). We issue the refund through Paddle.
• Or contact Paddle support: find your order at paddle.net by your e-mail address and ask for a refund there.

Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
